Pitching
A good drill for a
pitcher to try is to stand straight up when doing drills
or just pitching. If you have problems with it put your
back facing a wall and if you bend over your butt will
hit the wall. You cannot lean you must stand straight or
else you may not be ready to catch a line drive that is
hit to you because you will be just getting out of that
form which is the wrong way. Believe me stranding up
helped me so much I'm the best out of 3 other pitchers
on my team and I have to tell you it definitely gives
you a lot more speed.

If you just remember down, around,
snap you will do a great job pitching.

Before you pitch during a game, hold your glove
down by your waist and pitch into it. This helps you
with your aim and accuracy.
